HOW TO ORDER

Ordering our products online is easy and convenient. Proceed as follows:

You have a virtual shopping cart to which you may add the items you would like to purchase, simply by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.

To proceed with your purchases you will be asked to register with us by providing your login information (an e-mail address and a password). If you lose your password, you can retrieve it by accessing the retrieval page.

When you have finished shopping and are ready to send us your order, you will be provided with a summary containing your shipping information: first name, surname, address, shipping methods and costs: you may then choose to modify this information, go on shopping or confirm your order.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail of the purchases you have made and your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

You can track your order over the Internet by accessing our website with your login information (the e-mail address and password used to register) and entering the section Order Summary.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to the final purchase price, as applicable.

AXS M31 will bear part of the transportation costs of all purchases made through our Internet site. We only ask for a small contribution from our customers, which will be displayed at the time the order is placed; these charges amount to EUR 8.00 for orders shipped within Italy and EUR 17.00 for shipments to other countries within the Euro zone.

Two options are available for the payment of goods:

(https://www.paypal.com) using a credit card belonging to the VISA/MASTERCARD circuit (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) or a pre-paid credit card (such as Postepay, Vodafone Cash Card, Kalibra and others).

PayPal payments are very simple. Once you have become a PayPal user, you can rapidly make payments without ever revealing your credit card details. PayPal keeps your information in a secure mode and never reveals it to third parties.

Once you have received your order confirmation, you can make an advance bank wire transfer with the following bank details:

AXS M31 reserves the right to receive confirmation of payment of the bank wire transfer before shipping the order.

Once payment has been received, you package will be sent as quickly as possible by express courier with carriage paid. Estimated delivery times are 2-3 days in Italy and 3-4 days in other countries. The courier will make two delivery attempts at different times and will leave a notice each time a delivery is attempted. We kindly ask that you provide a delivery address where someone will be present during office hours to receive the shipment. A telephone number where you can be reached is also essential: in fact, the courier cannot schedule specific delivery times and/or days.

Note: After a third delivery attempt, the package will be returned to the sender. Should the package be returned to the sender as undelivered because the recipient was unavailable or due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, and you still want to receive the package, we will have to charge you again and for the entire shipment fee, as well as any warehousing demurrage costs.
