The projects
The projects of the research sector were set up by researcher Alessandro Mendini and were partially conducted in the 1980s, following his discovery. They were later purchased and developed by AXS M31 owned by Silvana Zambanini.
All projects are based on studying planetary mind intelligence, to which Mr Mendini has dedicated more than 60 years to researching. They go beyond simple theory and are an expression of a pure science which touches on several fields of study (e.g. astrophysics, biology biochemistry, electronics) opening up into new physically proven areas, such as the physics of magnetic flows, magnetochemistry, prenanotechnology and bioelectronics.
Let’s start with nanotechnology:

It is important to understand how advanced our nanotechnologies are: in addition to controlling the material on a nanoscale, they also involve the use of energies which constitute the pre-nano.
Nanotechnology refers to sizes between 0.1 nm and 100 nm (a nanometre is 1 billionth of a meter), in prenanotechnology you are working with magnetic dimensions which reach well-defined and off-the-scale values.
It is the world of energy from which the atomic dimension derives, the basis of all matter.
Matter, an expression of energy, starts from an intermediate state programmed by planetary mind intelligence and which can be defined as pre-matter or matter in “pre-being”. Energy is a set of programmed magnetic flows consisting of charges, microcharges, ultramicrocharges and superultramicrocharges, a dimensional scale on which the researcher Alessandro Mendini has based his scientific research, a gateway to the future of man on the planet and in space.
Progetto Cosmic 18F
A project which began in 2019, involving the construction in 2020 and 2021 of a cosmic energy multiplier.
This is a dimensional portal with a universal cyber decoder for planetary mind intelligence. It has a capacity of 100 light years, one light year meaning the solar energy radiated in one year at the focal point of the planet on the equator. To harness this dimensional energy at the gravitational zero point, you have to cover a speed of 1,138,000 kilometres per second.
Project Antgran
Designed and conducted in 2017 and tested over the subsequent years, this hail protection device was built in the AXS M31 Experimental Field. It is a system which can protect crops and within a more or less expandable range, through a contrasting magnetic field which turns the hail into rain.
Project Pegasus
Project Pegasus, which ran between 2014 and 2018, is the evolution of Project Pericles. It resulted in the X18Y PEGASUS EG36, a tool used for the process of loading cells which is characteristic of the BioAksxter® products and the super-particles for reducing induced radioactivity.A tangible expression of this process is the creation of the de-polluting formula ALMEN XM236 for radioactive waste and for any type of decontamination and cleaning up of sites and processes from rubbish dumps, industrial processes and hospital waste.
Project Boletus Edulis and Pinicola
A project which was conducted between 1986 and 1988 on the production in captivity of Boletus Edulis and Pinicola mushrooms.
The production crop was piloted with magnetic flows excluding natural time codes and permanently recreating the conditions of the permanent undergrowth.
Project Krisol H.J.7
Project Krisol H.J.7 (chlorophyll cryosynthesis with macrocosmic luminosity at a constant minimum of 3%) starts from the study into photosynthesis and the vital energy of plants in general. The next step relates to chlorophyll cryosynthesis with no light.
Using high resolution energy for Dynamic and Amplified Photosynthesis, it is possible to work on the reprogramming capability of the plant structures.
For this project, an experimental greenhouse and an experimental field were built, linked by an underground cable duct to connect the probes to the vital data electronic analysers via coaxial cables. The project focused on life in the cold and adaptation to significant variations in minimum and maximum temperatures, and the ability of seeds to germinate and develop cultivars of “pilot plants” in different light conditions, etc. The “cryosynthesis” project is largely aimed at enhancing future agricultural productivity, taking into account extreme environmental and climatic conditions and new emerging knowledge of genetics.
Project Pericle
Project Pericles is an evolutionary project to develop vital energy. Using XYG28, created and designed by researcher Alessandro Mendini as a receiver of vital energy, energy flows which exceed the speed of light are captured “live”. This receptor of excellence, which has an electronic device inside it containing special natural crystals for receiving transducer waves in perpetual passage, uses a language based on decodable dimensional signals. The crystals are the memory of a memory of life: they absorb, accumulate and transform energy.
XYG28 is prepared for the process of loading inert particles, to activate the latent energy for the conversion of biomass, the plant balance and, through an interconnected dynamic, the loading and purification of the earth-water-air system. This exclusive process can be used for producing BioAksxter®, as well as updating it and creating new products. XYG28, by analysing all atmospheric layers of the planet up to 1,600 km and the diaphragmatic shields extending more than 3,000 km from the Earth’s surface, also controls waves entering from the cosmos and those leaving the planet.
The action of BioAksxter® is based on these data, to ensure that the ecosystem is properly protected.
